Complaints Procedure

In the first instance, should your concern be of an informal nature, please speak to a staff member about your complaint and they and the team will endeavour to resolve the matter within 3 working days.
Should you not be satisfied with the outcome of this or should you wish to raise a formal complaint immediately, please raise your complaint in writing and send to David Bruckert at [email protected] or post to 5 Prince William Walk, Daventry NN11 4ABF. You may be asked for further information and to clarify points raised. An investigation will be conducted and a formal response made within 15 working days.
Should you not be satisfied with the response regarding your formal complaint, you can raise the matter to a dispute resolution Scheme. Skilton & Hogg Estate Agents are members of The Property Ombudsman. Contact details are below –
