Hi and so sorry of your very bad experience with them. I have had a similar running with the manager at nuneaton office and must admit the manager and her team member were extremely rude to me too. However i did recieve a phone call from Mr Hawkins today of apology, which i appreciated. I will be following up what the company complaints procedures are and would recommend you contact Mr Hawkins too directly. Good luck. JD ...
