Hi I am so sorry that your experience was a bad one. If you would like to provide details of the tenancy and property we could comment properly and investigate who was responsible. We conduct and administer thousands of tenancies and luckily precious few end up with this sort of feedback. The company is under new ownership and management team but we would like to apologise on behalf of the previous and current team. All deposits are held not by Sheldon Bishop but by the government scheme DPS ...

If you could verify which property and tenancy this relates to then I'm happy to investigate as we can never verify if these are genuine grievances or people attempting to damage Sheldon bishop for their own benefit. Hi Unfortunately with this property we were only paid to find a tenant process the paperwork and gilbert estates, who we refuse to work with after this episode, were responsible for check in check outs and the maiantnenance of the property. They assured us the flat was ready for occupation. ...
