This is a dishonest and vengeful review posted by a nightmare landlord who tried to carry out a revenge eviction after the tenants requested basic repairs.
At the outset of the tenancy the tenants were fully referenced and the landlord was offered an inventory check, which they declined. The property was regularly inspected, but was in a poor sanitary condition due to damp and mould, confirmed by a third party contractor as resulting from the landlord’s neglect of the roof.
