Sales fees in line with competitors. Managing agent fees slightly higher than some competitors but worth paying - good tenants always lined up before the property becomes vacant and they ensure maintenance is carried out cost effectively.

As a landlord, Sawyers fees are about the market rate, however, Sawyers have saved me a lot of money as Steven Sawyer does a lot of the small jobs that other letting agents would of sent a trader. As an example, my old letting agent charged me £50 to send a plumber to change a washer for a tap where Steven had done a similar job for the cost of the material used.
