What agent could do to change your mind?
Would have been nice to have been listened to, at first when explaining our income situation and also when reporting problems. Various members of staff we spoke to appeared to sympathise with us when listening to us reporting serious problems with the property (endangering our health) but then did absolutely nothing about it, not even contacting the landlord, the information getting no further than the conversation regarding the subject. This is not reflective of all staff, a select few who we dealt with over the phone only were very polite and very helpful, however they were not in a position to do anything other than be messengers to the remaining less attentive staff.
