The holding deposit was held by the Landlord and not Salter Rex. The Landlord was taking up the references and was slow in responding to us. The applicant was always assured that the money would be returned but we were relying on the Landlord's response. We were phoning the Landlord on a daily basis in order to return the deposit. ...
