What agent could do to change your mind?
They do very little work for the money they get. Never came out to fix anything with out it COSTING you something. PLEASE note that in 6 months I talked to 4 girls which manged the house (WHAT THAT TELL YOU) no one likes working for a company which had bad work ethics.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents could have been in charge more and dealt with it more efficiently and prioritised especailly after a small child has been injured because of the repair.
