Thanks for the feedback, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues during your tenancy, we pride ourselves on the high levels of customer service which we deliver to our tenants so we apologise if you feel this hasn't been achieved. We always give 24 hours notice to all tenants regarding any property inspections by which access to the property is needed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Just to help us a lot more and efficiently when a problem came up rather than brush us off and the problem under the rug until we kept hassling them to get the problems sorted it shouldnt take constant nagging to get a problem sorted.
