We at Rooms to Let North East , offer fully furnished double rooms with all the bills included. Most rooms have super fast wifi, smart tvs and USB sockets. Studios & 1 bed apartments are also available. Our Rooms are available for professional workers, contractors & students. All properties within a good distance to hospital, city centre, university, business park and industry, with easy access to public transport (metro station, bus and train stations.)
As well as Room Lets we also have a large portfolio of residential properties. Excellent family homes from starter homes to 5 bed houses. Our residential properties are in sought after areas close to schools, shops & supermarkets. We work hard to seek properties that we know are in demand for our tenants.
