That is because they do not respect their tenants. My house was offered on the market without me knowing. The first notice I had was a message saying that they had booked viewings without having ever asked me when it was a good time to bring strangers to a house for which I was gonna pay full price until the last day. Fees are some of the highest in Windsor, double some of the higher end agents. ‚£500 admin fee for the first tenant then ‚£199 for the second is a complete rip off!

I had the worst experience Ive ever had with Romans. Kim Stockley is an absolute joke, rude, totally unprofessional, irreponsible and totally extortionate. I understand what you've said about Sam aswell, she tried to trip me up when i told her there were cracked switches before I moved in (i got electrocuted by a faulty heater there) and she denied it and tried to get me to prove I had pictures of it in a really underhanded way. Romans have been a pain since day one I started renting through them along with my partner. They have been very unhelpful with any queries we've had, especially when the front door of the property wasn't opening and closing properly and had to be fixed. We called them to address the issue and they said they will call back but they never did. Now that we're moving out they started holding viewings but no one bothers to tell us if a viewing gets cancelled! Then they asked us to pay a fee for a ref ...
