Mr Dance, as we discussed customer service is always very important to us and try our best to look after all of our much valued clients. I am sorry you experienced delays whilst purchasing this Leasehold apartment which are never as straight forward as purchasing a Freehold house. The Ombudman has now confirmed the delays were out of our control with the property eventually exchanging in December. Jon Roberts Director ...

Exactly my experience a year later!! I get frustrated speaking to them that I am going to go through with ADR. I find that an easier option than beating round the bush with the property manager. Obviously not very educated bunch. I also paid close to £200 less in agency renting my luxury flat in canary wharf in London compared to what I paid in Reading with Romans for a 950pcm house. So just go somewhere else to start with- Atlantis even I've tried them before. They're not amazing but I didn't ...

They are billing us excessively for cleaning or trying to the only thing is I have not signed the damages form and wasn't present at the check-out inventory meeting so they don't have my agreement for it to have been independent. They are blatantly making money out of the cleaning that takes place. I have asked for itemised cleaning bill but they refuse. Instead charge me £90 for general clean-not including oven or windows or anything major at all. Just a few touch ups. We even agreed to pay ...
