What agent could do to change your mind?
Not expect us to pay for wok which we did not authorise and for which they are struggling to provide invoices. Offer appropriate recompense for the fact that they didn't bother chasing the tenant for the rent until we chased Romans twice. To be honest, having spoken to several other people with similar experiences I can't imagine a scenario where we would ever use them again. We're only staying with them now due to how much it would cost us to switch agents whilst we have a tenant in place. Clearly they know this and are taking full advantage of the situation.
