What agent could do to change your mind?
Romans need to be more professional, more polite, use contractors that actually do a good job, use surveryors that don't lie and care less about money all the time and profits and more about their tenants and customers. They are truly awful, I have never dealt with such awful people in all my life and there is little they can do to change my mind now as they have done too much damage now that I will never ever use them again and I hope other people won't either, then they might realise that they need to make major changes as a company if they want customer loyalty as they have not got any from me after the way I have been treated!!
