The Estate Agency Romans in Basingstoke are fraudsters they asked money, recommended me solicitors, all took money from me as the purchase shall be closed soon and the seller wants to sell fast and everything paid in advance , and then surprise! Some very important certifications of the flat and building are missing and nobody has it. When I called them realised they blocked my calls. Scammers and I’m going to report them everywhere.
