Terrible service. I have just sold a house through them and all I can say is AVOID. The Goring branch would just ignore phone calls and emails to the extent I had to go to their offices to find out what was happening. Jamie and even worse David would tell me one thing and then tell my solicitor moments later the opposite! They openly lied to my face one day when I had to go to the office and then avoided me, then sent an email the next day which was opposite to what they had told me. Having paid ...
