This letting agent shouldn't be in business. They won't show you the terms of your written agreement; never answer letters and are often unreachable by 'phone. Tenants are nervous of them as they are rude and unhelpful. I have asked for a health and safety ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They need to retrain. I don't think they should be operating as Lettings Agents.Attached Filesnbsp;
