What agent could do to change your mind?
Just book a viewing without asking questions after questions and trying to sell every single product (mortgage, solicitors) before a house has even been viewed with them! If other agents can book a viewing with just a name and number I am sure they can too!

I have rented properties for many years with various companies and have found during that time that things are not always plain sailing regardless of who manages your properties. there are always things that are beoynd the control of the management however ....I do not recieve calls at midnight.....the company will always use registered contractors to ens ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have been honest other than blatently lie through out the dealings, to me & the vendor. This in my mind caused upset & disruption to my family!
