Agents fees are one of life's annoyances which thankfully will be banned soon. Riverdale's fees are in line with the going rate in the area.

Fee's paid seem to be in line with other agents in the area - of course would like it to be cheaper! Rent PCM is also a fair price for the area and size of property,
