Mr Smith still does not understand that we act on the instructions of our client - the landlord. Mr Smith is unable to produce receipts for the sum of money he has demanded. As a result of advice from RPMS the landlord has offered him a sum which he chooses not accept despite the fact that (in breach of his tenancy) Mr Smith carried out work to the property without his landlords consent and makes threats in order to try to get his way.
