To start off I would like to point out that clear communication, hard work and patience are the key to a successful business relationship, and in that regard Kate and Rachael have exceeded my expectations. As the main seller and senior negotiator at Andrews Estate Agency (Bristol Harbourside), Kate was responsible for presenting the selected property and negotiating on my behalf. She was valuable in giving me all the right information and in liaising with the seller on any open questions. Needless to say, her proficiency and patience is the reason why I hold her in high regard. Where Kate provided me with all the front-end support, Rachael was responsible for managing the sale of the property following the negotiation. Her regular emails and phone calls provided me with an up-to-date status of the purchase. She kept me in the loop of any open questions between the two solicitors (the seller's and mine) so that I could follow them up when needed. It is important that the buyer is on top of the process and indentifies blocking issues as soon as possible and Rachael made sure I was never lost. Rachael's professional disposition and hard work are the reason for the success of my purchase. I extend to you both my sincere gratitude. I hope that future buyers continue to experience the same professionalism that has made my purchase a great experience!
