Terrible agency. NWA took pictures of our room as we were still moving out then proceeded to charge us a £50 fee per room (£150 in all) that was not specified in the cotnract for the 'mess' (our personal belongings) that were left behind. It was not specified in our contract that we had to be out at a certain time of day and when we were DONE moving out the rooms had been swept, mopped and the linen had been washed. They were imaculately clean. They still charged us the cleaning fee. When we questioned this they sent us the picture of the room which had been taken whilst we were still moving out. The staff member who took the picture also helped himself to a few of my personal belongings. After a lot of back and forth and after having to request that they look over the contract, they agreed that the pictures were taken before we had moved out and that there was no mandatory cleaning fee specified in the contract, and told us that they would refund the full ammount within a maximum of 28 days. As of today, nearly 20 days past the maximum 28 days, we have only just received a refund for two of the rooms, minus the £50 fee that they agreed they would not charge, and a refund of £0 for the third room. We contacted the offices again and after a lot of back and forth, after being treated like an annoyance and without the respect we deserce as their previous tenants, we were told by the manager that if we wanted the full refund back we would have to take NWA to the small calims court.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If the people we dealt with had adhered to the contract then there would have been no issue. They acted unprofessionally and have kept our money unlawfully.

They have no clue about properties, how to deal with them etc. NWA is not even qualified at all. They are just layman. Disgusting!! Discovered they had not put my bond into an official government deposit scheme. Answered the phones in Italian, blew me off when I spoke English. Maintenance issues ignored. What agent could do to change your mind?

Perhaps the most incompetent company I have ever come across in my entire life, avoid at all costs. The rent was never paid on time and no one at the agency would ever return my calls. Appalling agency - avoid them at all costs. They are completely dishonest, rude, and will stop responding to any of your emails or issues as soon as the contract is signed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Handle the situation REASONABLY. DO NOT scream at existing clients! BE transparent about your contracts especially the \"BREAK CLAUSE\" and stick by them when you have one.
