Cynthia is friendly and helpful. The fees and charges from a tenants perspective are low to non-existent. e.g. No renewal fees, admin fees etc..No section 21 or other funny business. Thorough and honest inventory, unintrusive, and a generally common sense approach to tenant queries and activities. Quick to resolve important problems (boiler issues for example) but not quick when it entails any landlord input - which l appreciate is perhaps more a landlord issue! Can't rate the checking out process and generally feel that the landlord is given too much leeway in his laissez faire attitude, but would definitely use again.
