absolutely terrible, mould issues not addressed and then totally ignored, ushered out of the shop twice for wanting to complain and despite telling them I moved out on the 3rd October they still say I have to pay rent and are charging me 'storage' because I had no choice but leave as they did nothing about mould, doors that did not close, other tenants that stunk the building out with drugs and stole all my parcels. I am now complaining to the council, ombudsman and will make sure everyone knows about them, they have kept my deposit CHARLATANS

Very grateful to the promptness and efficiency provided by Michael who willingly supplied a desktop valuation letter which I needed for a Deferred Payment Application to the council. Hawes and Co offer a really terrible property management service. We reported that the extractor fan was broken and it took them 3 months to fix it (over winter so the property was impossible to heat). Then they left the communal gardens unmaintained for 3 months! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
