Let me tell you about my incredible experience with Lettings R Us! From the moment I moved in back in 2018, right through the festive period and beyond, they have been nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, Lettings R Us ensured that every step of my move-in process was seamless. They were incredibly organised and attentive, making sure all necessary paperwork was in order and any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly. It was evident right from the start that they truly cared about their tenants' satisfaction and comfort. Throughout my time renting with Lettings R Us, any issues that arose were swiftly rectified, often within a matter of days. Their maintenance team was efficient and professional, ensuring that my living environment remained in top-notch condition at all times. One thing that truly stood out to me was their commitment to accommodating my needs. When I expressed a preference for less frequent property checks, they were more than willing to accommodate my request, changing the inspections from every three months to every six months. This small gesture made a big difference, making my rental property feel more like a home where I could truly settle in and relax. Moreover, the staff at Lettings R Us were an absolute delight to work with. Every interaction I had with them, whether it was in Email or over the phone, was met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It's rare to find a team that is not only competent but also genuinely kind-hearted. After five wonderful years with Lettings R Us, I reluctantly handed in my notice as I needed to relocate closer to work. However, I want to emphasise that my decision to leave was in no way a reflection of their service, It's a work related move. If circumstances had been different, I would have happily continued renting with Lettings R Us indefinitely. In conclusion, Lettings R Us has set the bar high for what a property management company should be. Their dedication to customer satisfaction, prompt resolution of issues, and overall professionalism make them an absolute pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring estate agent, look no further than Lettings R Us. They have certainly earned my highest recommendation!
