Have been a tenant in a property for 5 years paid rent on time everytime the last year we have had issues with major leaks in our toilet and pipe issues it has been 8 months now and we are still trying to get problems fixed with it very rude over the phone and no concern at all about the tenants after 5 years due to wear and tear on the pipes which we have no access to they will still try and question us non stop about it the property has been left in a damp state and when I refused to pay rent (after 8 months 3 of those months I had no use of shower or bath) I was told I would be given a bad rent cv if I ever wanted to leave

Aug 30, 2017Yep did this to me they didn't clean the property prior to me entering it. And when I left claimed they saw a muddy foot print even though I cleaned it and kept some of my deposit ...
