Valentina Gentili was our property manager for the whole of our 18 months tenancy. During our tenancy she had to help us through several issues including a broken boiler, collapsed fencing, TV aerial replacement and noise disturbance issues with neighbours in our block. Valentina is a shining example of how all property managers should strive to operate. She acted as an impartial, but fair, facilitator between our landlords (who live in New Zealand) and ourselves. She was always professional in her approach, but was friendly and a pleasure to deal with at all times. It is quite obvious she works exceptionally hard and will go above and beyond the call of duty to sort out any issues that may arise. Anyone that gets assigned Valentina as their property manager should feel very reassured that they will be incredibly well looked after as tenants. Valentina (and Hamptons) get my full recommendation and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
