I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Marie Parris, from George Ellis Property Services 261 Beckenham Road, BR3 4RP, when she represented an undoubted network of property fraudsters. As a result I have now found myself in a living hell, unable to sell my property thanks mainly to her bullying tactics and her blatant 'fronting' for these individuals which allowed them to perpetuate their fraudulent activities which inevitably have had catastrophic effects for probably hundreds of innocent, hard working, law abiding citizens like myself. Her involvement with the female property alliance in particular is both galling and astonishing. I am a woman, on my own who, thanks to her, am now a victim of a major property fraud scam involving numerous men. All involved in criminal activities which, she must have been aware of. Her involvement is nothing short of criminal yet her digital profile portrays a very different picture, I can only assume she is so confident because she has not been exposed before now.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
