I rang on Monday re leak through roof. They had someone on it before lunch (I haven,t been there to see if work was successful though) but they were quick. Thank you Only problems are 1.they have replied to my emails about decorating the inside 2. they are only open on weekdays. Perhaps they should have duty person on phone -in storm times when buildings need repairs

One star is even too much for this company. They act as a block manager in our block with 23 flats. When the lift is out of service it could last several days until they have it serviced. Last year there was a big hole in the ceiling directly in front of my entrance door due to a leaking shower... Read Full Review

Absolutely appalling management (and sales) agents and ALL staff including owner seem unable to run an efficient and professional business. As property agents they forget that they work for the owners. Totally unresponsive to calls and emails - and even front office phone is frequently never picked ... Read Full Review

Rude and condescending approach to tenants and entirely unregulated so they get away with this time and time again. Amazes me that in a town so small that anyone uses this firm. I can only assume the landlords get treated a lot better than the tenants but probably explains the ridiculous turnover... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
