Selling property nowadays is not necessarily that easy. We were selling a two bed flat and thought it should be fairly simple! We have finally sold our property after ten months but mainly due to our purchasers losing their buyer three times. We did have initial annoying issues with inexperienced, gungho people handling the sale but finally we encountered Emily Halpenny... thank goodness. This lady was the reason we stopped with Hamptons for the sale, as her tenacity, customer friendly can-do attitude, in-depth knowledge of the housing sales industry, negotiating skills and ability to communicate with the right people in the sales chain, was the reason this sale happened. Regular updates on the varying situations as they unfolded over the months were very much appreciated as you can get agents who don't seem to bother or care to chase, especially on a protracted time scale of sale. This lady earned her commission and chased all the way for us and made sure nothing from our end slowed the sale process up at all and for that we are very grateful. We thank and highly commend this lady for her total professionalism, focus and commitment to her job and strongly suggest that if you want a smooth ride with your sale, you should seriously get to talk to and engage this lady. Thank you Emily.

Very disappointing service. The Sales team, especially the Manager promised the candidate they were putting forward to puchase our property was fully versed on what our lease and co freehold property details entailed. Listened fully to our requests as the vendor at the start of the process. Don\'t lie.
