I've lived in two Clyde property flats. In the first one, the living room radiator broke and wasn't repaired for over a year, despite us regularly reporting it. In the second one, a leak came through the bathroom light in December 2019, shortly before I moved in. I was told it'd be fixed before my tenancy started, but it turned out, no one ever came. The leak disappeared when the weather got better, and came back in Autumn 2020. We regularly reported it and I called several times to follow up, but it was an uphill battle just to get someone to look at the leak. Eventually around February someone came, and made a huge hole in our bathroom ceiling. It's October 2021 and the source of the leak hasn't been found, and we still have the giant hole. I will never, ever, rent from Clyde Property again, and I don't think anyone else should.
