I am not a tenant but do have link agencies wonderful tenants as neighbours....what a disaster of company £1500 worth of damage down over 3 years endless parties whilst 4.30am ask them for help and was told sorry nothing we can do as they keep there house well maintained......we are on the verge of selling our home because of these neighbours why the hell should we move because they can't be arsed to help while ever they are paying the rent....oh and to top it off link agency moved in the neighbours from hells mum and dad and brother at the back of us so we now get it at both sides. Get your head out of your arse link agency or I'll sit outside your home until 4.30am in the morning with my radio on and see how you like (don't think i won't) Link agency are pretentious stuck up individuals who think they are a cut above the rest as long as they are been paid rent they couldn't give a shit who they have as tenants!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ps this review is after the lovely neighbours have had yet another 2 parties on the trot waking both kids up who are both really poorly. WHAT A JOKE

Absolutely diabolical acencey took our £260 holding fee and landlord decided he didnt want us so they kept the £260 . So beware you will not get your money back if the decide your not... Read Full Review

An absolute joke of estate agent! The estate agent was made aware of problem with plumbing in the apartment sins moving in, 6 months down the road still nothing fixed! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
