Disgraceful service from Webber's Biddeford. No respond call, no info as directed. I feel this estate agent is letting down prospective buyers and sellers. I have been requesting info on properties in their window for over a month and still nothing. As a mortgage free customer they have lost the potential for me to buy through them. Stay away!

We rented a flat from Webbers in Bideford for nearly 4 years. I purchased a house through webbers bideford in 2011. I found Tom (the viewings guy) to be helpful and friendly. However I had trouble with the office staff putting forward my offer to the vendors, also was very difficult to get updates from them on how things were progressing, andt was difficult... What agent could do to change your mind?
Not write sellers off as \'timewaster\' just if they seem young, you dont know what potential buyers you are pasing up on!
