I have leased a garage for over three years now, initially with Romans group which subsequently became Leaders. Since they have taken over they have lost my monthly payments, can't locate where they have gone and month after month send the same letter to me. Whenever I respond I get told someone will look into it, never happens and no one responds again. Never happened with Romans and I have paid every single month even providing them with proof of payment. They only get one star because there is no option for none.
