Extremely disappointed by the service. After a recommendation from a friend, we had regular contact with Malte Lau. Unfortunately his own interests came before that of his customers. It’s a real shame as Hamptons had such a positive reputation and now I will be telling friends and anyone who will listen to avoid them due to the actions of one employee.

I had the TERRIBLE experience of having to deal with the incompetent letting staff at the Kingston Upon Thames branch of this organisation. Extortionate.......thankfully the Government have now moved to remove a section of these fees.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
