Wish I could give ZERO stars, having let with this agent for over 10 years we moved out after purchasing our own property, we left the house exactly as it was when we moved in. They tried to claim for so many spurious things like Grass Cutting after 3 weeks of us moving out. Grass does grow you know??? PLUS the amount of MOULD in the property which they refused to help with. My suggestion is record everything as you move in, including the agent, as Watts and Morgan lie through their back teeth when it comes to moving out. I will never use this agent again and thankfully as we now own our property (not through them thank god) we will never need to. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
