Hamptons sold my house in Earlsfield last year. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The photographs made my property look fantastic and I had a steady stream of prospective buyers. Their local knowledge ensured my property was marketed well and I received exactly the sale price originally quoted. I would be more than happy to use Hamptons again in the future.

Horrible, avoid if possible! Throughout our tenancy it was impossible to reach them, emails would mostly get ignored. Constant change in staff without informing us made it very confusing to know who to contact. Hard to reach or get anything done with them. Finally received our deposit back four... Read Full Review

I rented out my property in good faith that the Hamptons would look after my property. They took at least 6 weeks to find a tenant even though my flat is in a central London location. Finally when the tenant did move in after a few weeks my neighbours sent me a picture of my kitchen door... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
