Contacted Wimborne branch and requested details of 1 particular property given latest price which was 25,000 more than advertised,was told they would send all details and any other details by email. Still waiting. 2 days later phoned again and spoke to someone else a lady she was very apologetic took all details again and said she would send all details immediately, can't believe am still waiting. No contact whatsoever, they are just not interested in selling. AVOID.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
