The worst ever - I cannot emphasise enough how rude, incompetent and unprofessional they are. The reference checks are a work of pure fiction. Really poor customer service. The property is technicaly uninhabitable and yet Pattinsons have been most unhelpful and we've have been made to feel as if we are just being a nuisance. Shocking!! Will never use this company again. I don't live in the area and left my keys with them for viewing. After countless calls chasing them they never get back to you. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
