Please please do not use Hamptons International Paddington for property renting. We should have seen the warning signs from the very beginning. I don't know if this is the Worst agency but it is definitely a bad choice. Don't go there please. They can terminate your contract anytime and this is a good way to threaten you. Do not be fooled by positive reviews. It is quite often that large agents like these effective bribe their way into winning awards etc by the media etc. Also, quite often they tend to deal with international buyers/sellers who quite often get ripped off but are not aware of the tactics they... What agent could do to change your mind?
Do not use these guys. They lie simple and will frame the customer to suit their own means.
