Hamptons have been dealing with the rental of our property for nearly 6 years. During that time there has been a high turnover of Property Managers most of whom were, at best, adequate. Since Samantha Hunt became our Property Manager the service that we have received has improved dramatically. She deals with problems quickly and efficiently. She is very good at keeping us updated on the progress of an issue and always follows up with a report and/or photographs of completed works. We are extreamly pleased with all aspects of her work and sincerely hope that she remains responsible for the management of our property for the foreseeable futur.

Have been letting property for over 20 years, and have never come across such an inefficient and incompetent agency. As a property manager, Ms Samantha Hunt has performed an excellent job for liaising between me and the tenant on a continual basis until things are settled.
