Very nice until I had paid the £40 for referencing, then treated very badly, including being shouted at. My current Landlady says she has supplied a reference, which this company are denying and that because of this, my application for a particular property to rent, has been rejected. I have also been told that they have a number of applicants (all paying £40!). I was promised a call back which did not arrive. I have now requested details of everything they are holding on file in respect of myself. I have a perfect credit rating, I owe my Landlady not one penny and I am the perfect tenant. This is a disgusting way to be treated.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
