As a new Landlord, I have found the Staff at the Farnham Branch to be extremely pleasant, helpful and efficient. Nick guided me through all the admin required to let a property and he found excellent tenants within 24 hours of the property being advertised. I believe Hamptons have high standards with regards to the type of properties they market in the Lettings department and this should be matched by high standards from all Landlords.
I have found the Agent's Fees to be extremely fair-Communication and Negotiation are key to a good working relationship between Landlord and Agent!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
