Busy Town Centre Estate Agents priding themselves in dealing with all their clients in an ethical and honest manner. Good quality brochures. All enquiries dealt with efficiently. Part of larger group of offices, totalling 10 from Cardigan Bay to the Shropshire borders

To start this review I should like to point out that Jill has always been very helpful and professional. An item went missing from our cottage. As the agents were the only ones to have keys I felt they were responsible. Eventually and only after a letter from our solicitor they agreed to pay for the missing item. No apology or by your leave. Very poor and unprofessional. They just gave the keys to the prospective buyers before contracts had exchanged to go and view unaccompanied. Didn't ask or notify me. Not even basic care and protection taken on my behalf, their client. What if those people had decided to squat in the property or left it unlocked -

Feb 8, 2018Dissapointed to read the above report on your website. The dehumidifier went missing following a visit to the property by the elderly purchasers who turned up one Saturday without an appointment. The item was paid for, in full, by us. the matter is now closed.

Feb 14, 2018Agreed the item was eventually paid for in full but only once I had flagged up to the head office with my complaint.
