Had my home in north Leeds up for sale with F and C for a few months and can honestly say it was the worst experience I have ever encountered. There is no contact from month to month, the office staff are rude and get very frustratied with you plus they are extremely unprofessional. I had two viewings. One of them made an offer a 3rd less then the asking price and they didn't even have their house up for sale. The 2nd viewing was from a couple who thought they'd "pop in" as they were viewing the house next door. F and C are Unable to take feedback and even when I informed them I wished they no longer represented my home, I heard nothing back (3 weeks ago now and still waiting). The pictures they took were amateur and they couldn't even get the details or floor plan correct! AVOID THIS FRANCHISE AT ALL COST!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
