Unprofessional. Just want to get things done easy and quick but not in the correct and fair manner. lack of skills to do service, negotiation or provide the right information. Bad for both landlord and tenant cus they lie to both side Letting agent has called to give advice but once I have a few questions to ask to understand the situation better before making decision I have been told off for not being grateful because the person believes that he/she was actually doing me a favour. Same as the property manager Who messed up a refund and charge twice -lucky that I checked. Then once asked/ challenge more questions about deposit she started raising her voice and threaten me of higher fee I have to pay if I don't listen to her. I haven't said yet that I won't listen to her I just didn't understand a few things and want some clarification which she didnt answer my questions anyway. Threatening and unhelpful

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
