I've had a pleasant experience with other staff, however, Georgina is an exception. Surprised at her exceptionally unprofessional and callous attitude to customers. We arranged for a sales viewing and she decided not to turn up! I called and texted to no response. She was not reachable on bother answering her phone by me or the head office the entire time when the viewing was supposed to take place! Nor bother contacting or apologising later! An utter waste of time. Recommend avoiding her and request to be assigned to another staff member.

Immensely painful to deal with, avoid it. Don't just take my word for it- set your sort order to 'oldest listed' rental properties in Battersea on rightmove to see that the majority of them are with Hamptons. They take ages to find you a tenant and that too at a below par... Read Full Review

I have never come across a more incompetent estate agent: 1. Spelling and grammar in advert is incorrect. Even after we provide revisions for them, they are unable to process edits correctly. 2. When showing the flat they have no idea about the particulars of the flat despite us explaining them.... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
