My brother and I would just like to thank Christopher and the rest of the team at Choice Mablethorpe for the professional way they handled the sale of our property. We found them all extremely helpful and friendly during the process and they did an exceptional job at obtaining a regular supply of viewings to our bungalow. Although we eventually withdrew the property from sale, due to a change in our circumstances, we would not hesitate to enlist the service of Choice again, should we later decide to put it back on the market.
Comments on Agent Fees
We are very happy with the fact that we were only tied into the contract for 2 weeks, which meant that despite all the hard work that Choice put into selling our property, we owed nothing when we withdrew from the contract after 6 weeks. Obviously we couldn't fault that.
