I agree with bb same is happening with us. Not at all responsive just dancing to the landlords tunes. Outstanding issues form before we moved in haven't been sorted out.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more responsive in terms of managing the property that they are being paid to manage. Take care of long standing issues related to the property.
