I am disgusted with this agent. They took �300 deposit from me and did NOT explain that it would be non-refundable.They couldn t show me the flat as they didnt have the keys.Within 24 hours of them taking my hard earned cash i told them the flat would not be suitable because of parking issues.They refused to return my money..said it was in the small print. I hadn t seen any forms let alone small print! I wrote to their head office 6 weeks ago with a letter of complaint, sent by registered post. I have not received even an acknowledgement of that letter. I am appalled

Honestly, please please save yourself from dealing with this appalling company. Horrendous!!! £900 and SIX MONTHS UP FRONT. They claimed that was the landlords decision, it wasn't, it was there's. You are paying so much for a company that does nothing at all! Except sits on your money and fails at its job.

Appalling. I cannot find one good thing to say about the way I have been treated by Millers. Incompetent staff through and through. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
